  • Yes, completely private. You'll have exclusive access to the wellness suite for your entire session, including the sauna, cold plunge, changing area, and shower. No sharing with strangers.

  • Not at all! The cold plunge is completely optional. Many clients prefer to enjoy just the sauna, especially when starting out. You can add the cold plunge if/whenever you feel ready. (You won’t regret it, though!)

  • We provide fresh towels, so you just need to bring yourself and comfortable clothing to change into. Some clients like to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during their session.

  • Contrast therapy is an ancient wellness practice that alternates between heat (sauna) and cold (plunge) to trigger your body's natural healing responses. The heat increases circulation and promotes relaxation, while the cold reduces inflammation and invigorates the nervous system. Together, they amplify the benefits of each therapy.

  • Most clients wear a swimsuit or workout clothes (sports bra and shorts, swim trunks, etc.). Since your session is completely private, you can wear whatever makes you comfortable. Some people prefer minimal clothing to maximize the therapeutic benefits of the heat. Just bring something you don't mind getting wet if you're planning to use the cold plunge.

  • The cold plunge is typically maintained around 50-55°F. If you're new to cold therapy, start with brief exposures (even just 30 seconds) and gradually build up as your body adapts.

  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Your membership minutes will be preserved for rescheduling.

  • Our regular monthly membership has no long-term contract—you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Certain promotions do require a 6 month commitment, but this will be specified.

  • No, your minutes rollover! You'll never lose the wellness time you've paid for.

  • Pregnant women, people with certain heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or recent surgery should consult their healthcare provider before using heat or cold therapy. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about your specific situation.

  • This depends on your wellness goals. Some clients visit 2-4 times per week for optimal benefits; however, if your schedule doesn’t allow for that frequency, even once a week is benefiial. With our monthly membership's 180 minutes, you have the flexibility to customize your schedule—whether that's twelve 15-minute sessions or six 30-minute sessions.

  • Regular sauna use can help with muscle recovery, better sleep quality, stress relief, increased energy, reduced inflammation, improved circulation, and enhanced mental clarity.

  • Traditional dry sauna heats the air around you to a higher temperature (typically 150-180°F), while infrared sauna uses infrared light to heat your body directly at a lower temperature (typically 120-140°F). Both offer therapeutic benefits; infrared penetrates more deeply and some find it easier to tolerate for longer sessions.

  • No eye protection is needed. The infrared and traditional saunas are safe for your eyes.
